Instruction For Medical Certificate:

• The Medical Superintendent of the District Headquarters Hospitals or the Service Hospital, Lahore, must sign and stamp a medical certificate for candidates that includes all physical measurements taken on or before the closing date.
• Subject to the candidate meeting all other requirements of the physical standards established for the role, a medical fitness certificate issued within three (3) months of the advertisement’s closing date will be accepted.
• Under no circumstances can a medical certificate obtained after the closing date be accepted.

• No relaxation in age (General age relaxation), education, or physical standard shall be allowed.
• Those candidates who are declared provisionally successful for the interview may be called for psychological assessment before the interview.
• Those candidates who are already working in any government department submit NOC with the application.
• Candidates must present an equivalency certificate of their international or local qualification issued by the Higher Education Commission if they believe their qualifications are equivalent to the requisite qualifications.
• The Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will ONLY be held at Lahore.
